Your role
Do you prosper in a client-focused role that works with the wholesale business?
Are you at your best when providing high quality services to clients and intermediaries problem solving with authority? Do you have an aptitude for governance, as well as strong communication and data skills? We are looking for someone who can:
- own and develop platform client relationships for our business. Understand business success with each platform. Make recommendations to improve the partnership/relationship.
- Manage and oversee the relationship with our third party transfer agent
- Grow and coach 2 direct reports. Encouraging their career growth and oversee the client services function in the business. Encourage team members to grow and expand their skills. Be a strong mentor and support person to the team and the business.
- support the Wholesale Client Coverage team in onboarding and off boarding client business
- Manage and improve the existing client relationships. Ensure client retention.
- Coordinate legal documentation across internal teams and the ongoing maintenance of client documentation including obligation management and communication processes
- work across the wholesale channel ensuring a high level of client experience and build efficiency and scalability in the way we face our clients
- work with the Local Operations Officer, Legal, compliance, product, operations and sales team in implementing a consistent approach to managing client and supplier relationships, documentation and a compliance framework.

Your team
You'll be working with the Wholesale Client Coverage team reporting to the Head of Wholesale Client Coverage.
You will have 2 direct reports.
Your expertise
- graduate degree qualified with 8-10+ years' experience in funds/asset management
- deep understanding of the wholesale market and the role of research houses, platforms, licensee groups and advisers
- solid understanding of client documentation
- good understanding of investment markets, issues and regulatory environment
- self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a key member of the team
- able to manage, prioritise and make decisions regarding the allocation of time and resources to responsibilities
- well organized, accurate, conscientious, and able to roll up your sleeves and problem solve quickly and with authority *#LI-TC1
