Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically a career in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program within our Global Banking business.
You'll get to:
evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions

- prepare industry analyses for pitches
- see first-hand how we provide market-leading solutions
- be involved in the execution of live innovative deals that are transforming today's corporate landscape

Your team

You'll be working in our Global Banking team, who's responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise- will graduate with a Bachelor's degree by the end of 202- has values that align with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.

It doesn't matter what you're majoring in, but you do need to have knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends.

We're most interested to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
Your program

During your 10week paid internship, you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. In your first week, you'll experience a thorough training course which focuses on professional development and the technical skills you'll need for the job. During the remaining 9 weeks of the summer, you'll work with one of our Global Banking teams where you will learn their daytoday business. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
