    Job Description

    The company: A highly successful, well known and respected brand that covers the globe, our client is a leading figure in the retail world. Known for innovation, quality and their heritage, they consistently set the bar for their competitors to reach. The finance team is relatively small, very friendly, efficient and growing.

    The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full function, stand alone position responsible for the following duties:

    • Calculating payroll, including standard deductions and taxes within tight deadlines.
    • Deliver timely and accurate payment of employee salaries
    • Ensure employee records and entitlements are accurate and up to date
    • Assist and/or review employee annual, long service, sick, family, study, personal, community and parental leave applications where required, to ensure all payroll leave transactions are compliant
    • Ensure the conditions of employment, and all related payroll policies and procedures are adhered to

    The Candidate:
    To be considered for this role you must have the following;

    • A positive, can do attitude
    • A problem solving mind
    • Customer focused
    • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
    • ADP system preferred, not essential
    • Retail industry experience preferred but not essential
