    The Opportunity:

    This fast casual dining group are a household name in Australia, and yet they remain incredibly humble with a passion for growing their people whilst delivering quality, fresh and healthy food.

    Located on the world's 'coolest' street in 2021 (revealed by Time Out), this snazzy restaurant has warmth, atmosphere and sits along a strip full of unique retail, endless bars and nightlife, as well as convenience with two supermarkets and public transport every 8 minutes

    As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help lead a team of 25, including Supervisors, and a crew of talented future leaders. Your role is all about nailing your portfolio of the business which will be catered to your strengths - whether that is customer experience, staff training, or inventory management.
