About the role
The Digital Experience Adviser will implement digital initiatives, actions and activities forming part of project teams.


The Digital Experience Adviser will be responsible for implementing key components of digital projects and will also develop useful relationships with business units to build receptiveness and capacity so that teams can optimise the digital customer experience.

This role will drive best practice user experience across our channels using human centred design thinking and data to create solutions to optimise digital service delivery.


  • Other responsibilities include_:
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of digital technologies, functionality and capability used across the organisation's digital product suite.
  • Work closely with delivery teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, IT and Comms team, and external vendors to deliver initiatives to expectation.
  • Champion innovation in digital experience through a variety of digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the Digital Program Coordinator to identify UX improvements to enable excellence in digital experience across the organisation's internal and external platforms
  • Adhere to standards, policies and best practice to ensure the effectiveness, security and integrity of the digital, IT and spatial environment.

About you

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual who manages time well and enjoys working in a team.

You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, striving for continuous improvement and Keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.


The following is also required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with significant and diverse industry experience or a less formal qualification plus substantial and demonstrable experience in this specialist field.
  • High level understanding of user experience and consumer digital and mobility trends.
  • High level skills in web technology and user experience, with the ability to use data insights to drive continuous improvement projects.
