Midland City has a rewarding career opportunity for an
Administration Officer to join our growing and successful business.


As an Administration Officer your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership.

This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.


ROLE

  • Accounts Payable Invoice Processing / Reconciliations
  • Working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager
  • Stocking New Vehicles into the Units System
  • Running analysis programs to match dealership data to manufacturer data for multiple franchises
  • Posting vehicle invoices for vehicles wholesaled to the dealerships
  • Complete floorplan reconciliations & action exceptions
  • Liaise with floorplan auditor
  • Process vehicle dealer swaps in the dealership accounting information system & in the financier portal
  • Process vehicle Retail Delivery Advice entries into the manufacturer portal
  • Work closely with the New Car Managers / Dealer Principal / General Manager to ensure accurate and timely RDA entries
  • A critical support member of the Administration teams
  • Project work with the Financial Controller
