To be successful in the role you will need:

Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Handling all incoming phone calls and internet enquiries
Engaging with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online and appointing customers to the showroom sales professionals.
Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
Selfmotivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
WA Drivers Licence is required
