Finance Officer
Contract: 6 months (extensions to follow), $25-$28 + super/.
The Position:
You will assist with investigation, processing and reconciliation of various payments via credit card and alternative forms of payment that require special handling.
The role will also assist to identify and rectify issues identified within the process and contribute to the development and implementation of improved documented process flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Critical handling of refunds (Monitoring, Processing, Investigation, Action, Referral)
- Excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Financials and documents handling with high attention to detail
Your Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated numeracy and PC skills
- Strong knowledge of Fares and Ticketing
- Preferable strong Proration knowledge
- Amadeus or equivalent reservation system history
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- High level of customer service, including excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Word, Excel and PC knowledge and skills
