- Develop a strong understanding of our users through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Identify key insights and visually communicate them through personas, journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
- Empathise and advocate for our users at all stages of the Design process.
- Actively collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analysts.
- Design, prototype and hand-off hi-fidelity, responsive designs.
- Actively seek and receive feedback from users to iterate quickly and meaningfully.
- Champion consistency across the entire ecosystem by frequently contributing and maintaining our Design System.
- Be a penchant for details and organisation; striving to work effectively within a team of multidisciplinary Designers.
- Actively contribute to the health and inclusivity of the Design team.
- Extensive commercial experience designing products across different industries that people love to use,
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and take initiative,
- A strong understanding of interaction and visual design principles and processes,
- High proficiency with relevant software, tooling and methodologies,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; working closely with Engineering, Product, Data and the wider business to deeply understand problems,
- Experience contributing and scaling Design systems,
- Proficiency designing across multiple platforms and devices,
- Ability to identify minimum viable solutions and make smart trade-offs that balance quality, speed, delivery and learning,
- Ability to put yourself into the shoes of our users; even when they are very different to you,
- Ability to ask clarifying questions and challenge assumptions,
- Ability to actively seek and receive feedback.

Every day in Australia, around 30% of trucks travel empty and a further 50% are idle amounting to mass inefficiency and harmful environmental impacts.
Since 2020, we've successfully removed over 5 million empty kms from Australian roads. Our customer base has expanded to over 250 businesses, and we proudly support small business carriers by connecting them with household brands like Asahi, Metcash, and Noumi.
As part of our sustainability commitment, we partnered with Trace to measure, reduce and offset our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, actively working to minimise our own environmental impact.
