Our mission at Lab49 is to deliver customer-centric and data driven business ideas, models and technologies for our clients.
As a part of our globally-connected Product Design team, you will get to work with Design Leaders, design best-in-class enterprise products and solve complex customer journey problems.
Your key responsibilities will be:

Communicating design ideas to stakeholders and technology teams and distilling feedback

Working collaboratively with other Product Designers, client stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant and innovative solutions

Contributing to a product's design direction and the creation of design systems

Reviewing delivered solutions to ensure that they have been consistently translated in build

Participating in product strategy activities such as user research and client workshops
We look for Product Designers who have:
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience designing and delivering on both large and small scale projects
- A detailed portfolio of work showing autonomy of design decisions, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of the problem that was being solved
- Experience working on digital design languages and component libraries
- An understanding of colour, typography, grids, spacing, hierarchy and other core design principles
- Knowledge of mobile and web technologies, such as iOS, Material, React, HTML and CSS, what is capable using these technologies
- An understanding of UX including user research, lean UX and design thinking
- Excellent communication skills, able to convincingly present ideas and solutions to stakeholders
- Skills in using: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite and Principle
And it's a bonus if you have:
- Experience in Capital Markets
- Animation experience
- Illustration skills
