About the role-
Key responsibilities:

Complete your client care and account management calls towards utmost service delivery, contractor retention and risk management
Effectively manage your Job Vacancies with an innovative approach and keep stakeholders always informed of progress
Negotiate terms of business with clients to ensure a positive working framework

Key Criteria

Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process, across the entire life cycle.
Effective delivery of quality service within your discipline.
35+ years' experience within a recruitment agency is an essential requirement
Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team; experience within Engineering industry preferred but not mandatory.
