    About the Role As a People and Culture Business Partner reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to people leaders throughout the organisation.

    Your responsibilities will guide the business through the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

    The Ideal Candidate Are you ready to make a significant impact? Our ideal candidate possesses the following: Prior wealth of experience in HR Business Partnering.

    Strengths in coaching and stakeholder management Strong ER/IR experience with a good understanding of relevant legislation and Fair Work requirements.

    Experience working in a unionised environment, ideally within a services industry.
    Familiarity with dispersed teams across multiple locations.
