The Receptionist position is an ideal position for a proactive and self-driven person that is wanting to commence their career in the corporate world.
Based on reception, you play a critical role in managing the experience of clients when they contact or visit the office.
The breakdown of duties will include;Meeting and greeting clients;
Assisting with managing meeting room bookings and ordering catering;
Implementing and monitoring budget controls for stationary, staff amenities and in-house building facilities;
Collecting / distributing incoming mail and organising outgoing couriers;
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are always maintained at a high standard;
Providing general office support including data entry and file management; and
Assisting with keeping communal areas (such as the kitchen / fridges) clean and tidy.
To be successful in this role, you will pride yourself on your presentation and will have excellent communication skills both over the phone and in-person.
