About the Company
Values driven Not-for-Profit business based in Southwest Sydney have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join their team.
Working within a small team, you will responsible for the following duties:
Provide generalist support the key stakeholders on policies and practices;
Support with implementing and executing HR strategies and initiatives;
Coach managers on all stages of the employee lifecycle including training, ER and WHS matters;
Manage employee engagement initiatives; and
Provide support with a variety of key projects.
Previous HR experience performing the above mentioned duties;
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Exceptional stakeholder management & communication skills;
Strong understanding of employee relations and relevant legislation; and
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage and influence.
