- Planning and Governance
- Solutions Delivery; and
- IT Operations.
What you'll bring to this role
Essential
- A degree with at least three years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Knowledge of programming languages and techniques, modern RESTful APIs and cloud native services, in particular on a Linux Apache MySQL, PHP stack.
- Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and userfriendly language.
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, selfmotivated and proactive.
- Proven listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation, and experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle
- Experience in a Higher Education environment.
- Understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Experience with Agile ways of working (Kanban and/or Scrum)
