The Role

What you'll bring to this role

Essential

A degree with at least three years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Knowledge of programming languages and techniques, modern RESTful APIs and cloud native services, in particular on a Linux Apache MySQL, PHP stack.
Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and userfriendly language.
Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, selfmotivated and proactive.
Proven listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation, and experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle
Experience in a Higher Education environment.
Understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.
Experience with Agile ways of working (Kanban and/or Scrum)
