    Who you will be working with?
    Our client is a well-established brokerage with extensive experience and a dedicated team of qualified professionals. Building strong client relationships is important to them, and they take pride in delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to meet their clients' needs.     Duties and responsibilities include:

    • Managing a shared portfolio of Motor and Property clients whilst fostering strong relationships and addressing their insurance requirements.
    • Reviewing insurance policies comprehensively to identify coverage gaps and improve overall protection of clients.
    • Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate favourable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
    • Assisting clients throughout the claims process, ensuring fair and prompt resolutions as their advocate.
    • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changes affecting clients' insurance needs.
    • Generating new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cross-selling efforts.

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.
    • Previous experience as an account executive, preferably handling commercial lines of business.
    • 2+ years experience in Motor and Property within the Insurance industry.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms and conditions.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
