  • Role covering Admin and some Accounts
  • Admin duties: assistance to PA to management and other departments as needed;ordering office supplies; purchasing promotional materials; help with organising company events and social activities; travel bookings (local and overseas); general document management etc
  • Accounts duties: general data entry of sales order and confirmations into salesforce; processing invoices and delivery dockets into the system for accounts payable; match up of credit card expenses etc
  • YOU will have good admin experience preferably with some exposure to accounts
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft 365) needed training on other systems will be provided
  • Naturally, you will have strong organisational skills, be able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders and happy to learn new skills
