What we are looking for:

Previous experience in new car sales will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to set personal goals and targets
Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
A passion for good customer service
Be willing to work hard and have fun

What the role entails:

Handling new car sales enquiries and prospecting for new customers
Ensuring a followup system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
Keen to work fulltime including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
A willingness to excel and learn with a can do attitiude
