    Job Title: Hospital Finance Solution Testing Project Manager (12-Month Contract)

    Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in testing and quality assurance to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the testing capability for our finance solution, ensuring the reliability and compliance of our financial software systems within the healthcare sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Testing Leadership: Lead and oversee the testing process for finance solutions, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

    Financial Expertise: Apply your financial industry knowledge to ensure that our solutions align with healthcare financial regulations and compliance standards.

    Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and execute project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets efficiently.

    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate testing-related risks within the healthcare finance domain, contributing to the security and accuracy of our software.

    Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams, hospital stakeholders, and external partners. Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that testing processes strictly adhere to healthcare financial regulations and standards, with meticulous documentation.

    Quality Assurance: Oversee the development of test plans, test cases, and comprehensive reports to maintain high-quality standards within the healthcare setting.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Project Manager in software testing, with a focus on finance solutions.

    Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance requirements.

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

    Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.

    Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
