We are working with a growing boutique financial services business who are currently seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer for a newly created role.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident, breach and complaint assessments
Testing and maintaining compliance
Compliance checklists
Review documents, marketing materials and forms
Advise on legislation and regulatory changes
Liaise with 3rd parties such as auditors
Assist with risk, regulatory projects, and ongoing compliance projects
Facilitate a strong compliance culture and continually raise awareness of compliance issues
Assist with Financial Crime matters
12 years compliance/risk experience ideally within financial services industry.
A graduate with a legal/finance/business/commerce background (Internship in finance is advantageous)
Ability to work well in a team but also autonomously
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
An energetic professional who is looking to learn and grow
