    • Provides comprehensive direct care, ensuring adherence to NMBA standards and taking accountability for own practice outcomes.
    • Supports systems by adhering to guidelines, protocols, and ensuring a safe environment for patients, residents, and clients.
    • Contributes to education, research, and professional leadership, promoting lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.
    • Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and commitment to positive workplace culture, actively participating in achieving unit and organization goals.
