    We are looking for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to work in both our Aged Care Facility and Hospital settings.

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to work in both our Aged Care Facility and Hospital settings. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and patients in accordance with their individual care plans and medical directives.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
    • Monitor and assess the health status of residents and patients, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each resident and patient.
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, patients, and their families.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

    For Registered Nurse:

    • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
    • Previous experience working in aged care and/or hospital settings preferred.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when necessary.

    For Enrolled Nurse:

    • Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
    • Experience in aged care and/or hospital settings advantageous.
    • Proficient in administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical professional.
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately.
