Current Swinburne sessional staff
In preparation for 2023, the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship (SoBLE) will continue with the annual registration process for sessional staff.
Current SoBLE sessional staff to complete the online form to ensure you remain registered on the University's sessional listing.
This annual renewal process is to ensure we maintain a current sessional list and we capture the required information for AACSB which the Swinburne Business School is accredited.
The form has been revised to reduce the amount of requested information and ensure we have updated documents and availability.
What you need to include
All current sessional staff will be asked to provide:
- Updated CV and contact details
- Discipline area expertise for teaching (select up to 3)
- A completed AACSB flow chart

Current Swinburne HDR students
If you are a PhD student who is also a current sessional academic staff member, please ensure you select the option 'Current HDR student and employed as sessional'.
What you need to include
- Current CV and contact details
- Discipline area expertise for teaching (select up to 3)
- Current registration or licences if applicable to your teaching area
- Visa details or working rights information (if applicable)

External Expression of interest to teach at Swinburne
What you need to include
- Current CV and contact details
- Certified copy of relevant qualifications
- Current registration or licences if applicable to your teaching area
- Preferred teaching discipline area (you may select up to 3)
- Student evaluations (if applicable)
- Visa details or working rights information (if applicable)
- Valid Working with Children Check
Receipt of your EOI will be acknowledged via a system generated notification. Unit Convenors will contact you if/as requirements arise.
