The Employability team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for an Administrator, Graduate Engagement & Employment to join their team.


The Administrator, Graduate Engagement & Employment will be responsible for the administration and operational delivery of graduate employment and recruitment service related activities in the Graduate Engagement and Employment Team of Swinburne University's Employability unit.


This role provides crucial support towards the delivery of market-responsive service solutions for industry partners and employment solutions for students.

Focusing on increasing student employment outcomes through the promotion of employment and work-integrated learning opportunities, events, marketing, industry sessions and other career development activities, the role is responsible for providing administration, systems, data and communication support to the Graduate Engagement and Employment team and wider Employer Engagement unit.


About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Proven expertise in administration of employment and / or recruitment programs and activities
  • Relevant experience in Higher Education or other industry in event management and engagement activities for students, industry or other customers
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise and foster partnerships with range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of highquality online employment resources

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or  completion of an associate diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or  completion of a posttrades certificate or advanced certificate and extensive relevant experience as a technician; or
- an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
