About the Role


The Facilities Business Partner will deliver essential customer-centric services and solutions that add value, help people get their job done and ensures DTP meets it compliance obligations.

This role is responsible for providing skilled facilities management support to DTP office and Depot sites across Victoria.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities

  • Work with the Team Leader Business Facilities & Operations to manage your responsible sites.
  • Contribute proactively to the development and achievement of team goals and plans
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of solutions to complex problems
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with external service providers and key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement facilities management and environmental service innovations to improve client service levels.
  • Work with the external property services provider on facilities management matters and issues.

A strategic thinker you will enjoy problem solving and finding ways to innovate and improve with a future focus.

Your previous experience in Asset Management will allow you to effectively contribute to the DTP workforce strategy and assist with to HSW reporting, data insights and records management requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Desirable

  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in a related discipline, and/or significant experience in facilities management role will be highly regarded, including in a government setting.

Role specific requirements

  • Driver's license
  • This position may require occasional work out of hours
  • You may be required to undertake a medical and other safety compliance requirement
  • This role may require travel to Metro/Regional Victoria
Role will involve offices and depots operations and facilities management
