Clerk Grade 5/6, Base Salary ($93,295 - $102,941), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Key Responsibilities:


About you:


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To perform tasks on race days such as greyhound identification, kennel checking, monitoring the safety of race track equipment and surface, swabbing, data input and completing race day paperwork to assist in the administration and regulation of greyhound racing.
  • Assist in preparation for race days including supporting the conduct of audits, preparing for inquiries, inspections, testing and undertaking administrative tasks to support compliance activities.
  • Have a current NSW Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends and public holidays under shift provisions
  • Certificate III in Racing Services (Steward) or willingness to obtain this qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as a racing official, or relevant regulatory experience
  • Willingness and capacity to work with animals
