Allied Health Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and inspire a team of allied health professionals
and administrative staff.

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, care, and safety within the clinic.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Make sound decisions for the operational and delivery aspects of allied health practices.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set an example with excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.

What Concentric needs from you:


  • Relevant qualifications in allied health or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
  • Strong organisational and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current or willing to obtain:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
