Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of allied health professionals

and administrative staff.

Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, care, and safety within the clinic.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Make sound decisions for the operational and delivery aspects of allied health practices.
Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Set an example with excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.

Relevant qualifications in allied health or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
Strong organisational and decisionmaking abilities.
Unrestricted Australian work rights
