About the Role


The Clinic Support Leader will work closely with the Clinic Team Leader by managing the commercial side of the clinic and its team.

The role provides overall profitability and accountability for the day to day operations of the clinic and some of the key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing clinic schedules by proactively planning and managing therapy team bookings
  • Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasising the areas for improvement
  • Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed:
  • Client records are complete and up to date;
  • Working closely with our client engagement team
  • Covering CTL absences to support the clinic team

About You:


  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills to create logical and practical solutions

Current or willing to obtain:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
