    About the Role

    Working under the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in providing in-depth analysis, supporting business strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Offer comprehensive financial support and collaborate with Divisional General Manager and State Managers
    • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, ad hoc financial planning, and reporting
    • Provide insightful analysis to drive business growth and strategic planning
    • Collaborate with line managers to offer valuable insights and decision support
    • Lead process improvement efforts, emphasizing finance and administration standardization across the organization

    About You


    • Prior experience in a similar Commercial or FP&A role within a fast-paced large company
    • Effective communicator with the ability to engage with non-financial stakeholders
    • Collaborative, accurate, and timely in delivering work
    • Thrives in a high-performance team environment dealing with multiple stakeholders
