About the role:


The role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.


This includes but is not limited to:

  • Intensive, flexible, and responsive clientfocused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
  • Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
  • Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
  • Assist our clients around Eastern Suburbs and nearby areas.

Mandatory requirements:


  • Must own a car and with a current full driver's license.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Manual Handling (hoist) experience.
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID preferred but not essential.
  • At least 1year of working experience in the disability sector.
  • Must have full working rights.
