Role - Assistant in Nursing
Advantage Healthcare Support Nursing Agency is a well-established yet contemporary organisation that provides support services to people with a disability and elderly with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
- The delivery of nursing care and services as directed by the registered nurses or the nursing team in accordance with the residents' identified needs and preferences.
- Maintaining quality care documentation including progress notes, and clinical records in accordance with the plan of care and organisational protocols
Required Qualities:
- Professional approach.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Display a commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of AHS.
- Ensure that the AHS Code of Conduct is adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and work practices are adhered to at all times.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly in responding to various needs of the customer.
- Proven ability in case of management or in undertaking GP management plans.
- Ability to plan, prioritise & manage daytoday activities in an efficient manner
- Must be willing to take shifts in Katoomba (Opal Aged Care)
Qualifications:
- First Aid Certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
- Police check / NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Driver's License and comprehensive car insurance (preferred).
