In-reach Rehabilitation Team are looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join their team.The In-Reach Rehabilitation team is a new model of care launching within the Division of Allied Health and Rehabilitation.
The In-reach Rehabilitation team will be a multidisciplinary service that follows a shared care model to provide specialist rehabilitation services for inpatients in an acute ward setting.

About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the speciality of In-reach Rehabilitation within an acute setting.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator and wider acute and rehabilitation health care team support the clinical unit in provision of safe quality healthcare through exemplary clinical nursing standards of practice for the specialty of rehabilitation.
