About the Role

Financial resilience is a growing discipline and here at BOQ Group we have been busy working behind the scenes to set up our fastest-growing division here at the bank - Group Risk - for an exciting and ambitious future-state.

We have shifted the dial, moving towards the digital bank of the future and let's be honest, Group Risk and all it encompasses is really where all the cool stuff is happening

You may have seen we have plenty of Risk roles to choose from.

With growth comes strength, and we are working on exciting in-house programs (did someone say rQ?) building strong and stable teams to work across our multi-branded business, lifting our Risk culture - there is so much opportunity to contribute to the overarching frameworks and be paramount in supporting the build of our digital bank, from a Risk perceptive.

Stepping into a role as an Analyst - Financial Resilience, you'll form part of a team of professionals responsible for managing the Financial Resilience of the Group.

This passionate, yet diligent, team is responsible for managing key regulatory exercises, including stress testing, ICAAP, recovery planning, resolution planning and climate risk scenario analysis and if you know what all of this means then we want to hear from YOU

Excitingly this role will play a large part in developing frameworks from the ground up, along with owning governance and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with prudential standards and implementing processes to maintain prudential compliance.

Although this role has a broad focus requiring engagement across all business units to complete critical regulatory exercises, it also has a key focus to enhance the BOQ Group's frameworks and processes for completing regulatory exercises and embedding these processes into our risk management frameworks.

The aim is to ensure BOQ is resilient to adverse conditions.

About you

As an experienced Analyst, you will join us with exposure to the Financial Resilience landscape - yip, you live and breathe it We operate in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment so we are seeking a strategic thinker who can problem-solve on the fly.

Collaboration and partnership comes naturally to you, where you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, participating and promoting cooperative working relationships across the organisation, whilst leaving your mark.

Working for us is fun and fast-paced, and we are seeking top talent to take us where we want to go.

BOQ Group people are easy to spot. They're smart, energetic, full of ideas and passionate about what they do. If this sounds like you and you're looking to join a multi-brand on the forefront of financial services, we'd love to chat
