About the Role


You will work closely with the Senior Manager of IDAM to enforce IDAM policies, as well as providing SME support and coaching as needed throughout the organisation.

Some of your key accountabilities in this role will include:

  • Analysing information and documents to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting onboarding activities to our identity and access management platforms.
  • Performing analysis of identity data to support and implement preapproved access, rolebased access, and segregation of duties.
  • Following set processes, policies, and standards to maintain IDAM within the business.
  • Educating BOQ staff on the governance guidelines and expectations.

About you

  • Experience in providing IDAM administration services to a similar organisation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, relationship management and teaming skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships.
  • Experience in Identity Management; Access Management; Privileged Access; Governance; SSO; Federation; Directory Services; Networks.
  • Experience with SailPoint, OKTA, CyberArk and Active Directory, or similar.
  • Knowledge of known industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO, Privacy, PCI-DSS, APRA, will be highly desirable.
