    Are you seeking a New and Exciting role in Nth QLD Up to $150k + Accomodation + Bonus + Relocation

    About The Company:

Situated in North Queensland, this pub is a vital part of the community, renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, live performances, and a varied menu that appeals to everyone

    About the Role:

    In your role as Venue Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the pub to guarantee a smooth and exceptional customer service. Motivate and guide a dedicated team to provide top-notch service. Create and execute creative promotions and events to increase patronage. Oversee inventory, finances, and financial reports. Maintain stringent standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your background includes a track record of effectively managing a regional hotel, leadership skills, team development abilities, and a knack for driving business growth and profitability through innovation.

    Your Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in pub/venue management
    • Large Gaming Experience
    • Accommodation Experience
    • Staff values and engagement is essential
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
    • RSA, RSG, RMLV, APPROVED MANAGERS LICENCE, GAMING NOMINEE, CLO.
    • Knowledge of local liquor and safety regulations
