The Role:


As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the reputation for outstanding staff and customer relations.

Your ability to multitask and remain hands-on during service will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.

You will be responsible for on shift labour control, conducting stock takes, managing stock control and ordering, and monitoring costs to uphold the commitment to excellence.

Moreover, your presence will be critical in running shifts effectively and efficiently.

  • Be able to foster strong relationships with both staff and customers.
