This incredible business is growing rapidly across Australia and currently looking for a dynamic, fun-loving Assistant Manager to join their Burwood team.

You will bring:

A fun, bubbly and dynamic personality with a passion for providing a premium customer experience and staff training and development
Previous experience in visual merchandising
Can do attitude with a positive mindset
Previous experience in a leadership role essential

The role:

Previous retail Team Leader or Assistant Management experience
Customer centric do you enjoy making customers feel special
Personality plus, warm, bubbly and engaging, strong communication skills
Hands on and like to be busy and enjoy working with a high volume of stock
Creative visual merchandiser
Enjoy hitting targets and KPI's
People you love to share your knowledge with your team through training, coaching and mentoring your team
