- Manage the team within Idealist responsible for delivering our vendor paid campaign services, copywriting services, and agent marketing services.
- Maintain Idealist's value proposition by implementing best practice service provider benchmarks.
- Own job trafficking to the team, ensuring daily traffic checks are conducted.
- Evolve step-by-step procedures related to marketing campaigns for easy adherence by all team members.
- Induct and train new team members, providing ongoing support and training.
- Manage key partner and supplier relationships.
- Assist in issue resolution for escalated client concerns.
