As the Program Leader for ICT Services, you'll spearhead a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering excellence at every turn.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daytoday operations, ensuring service standards and business outcomes are exceeded.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize technology solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Support project success by maintaining flexible and available capabilities for operational and projectrelated deliverables.
Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Provide expert advice to senior management on technology strategies and issues.
Manage technology budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Your Technical Competencies:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge of networks, cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 36
The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of people at various levels, both internal and external to the organization
A record of accountability for the development, monitoring, and management of ICT capital and operating budgets
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure both autonomously and within a highfunctioning team
A track record of achievement in complex organizational and technological environments where change is the norm
