The Company
Our client is a recognised Global FMCG in the consumer goods & retail space.

They have an expanding presence in Australia due to an outstanding product range, and highly developed sales & marketing strategy.

Due to planned growth and team restructure, they are looking for a motivated, technically strong and commercially minded Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team.

The Role

Reporting to the Demand & Business Analytics Manager, the Supply Planner will be responsible for managing all inputs to the S&OP process and ensuring that supply meets demand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Review demand/supply situation to define new purchase requirements
Create purchase orders
Assist the Manager to support the S&OP process.
Highlight any issue impacting fulfilling customer demand and propose action plans.
Support fortnightly local S&OP meetings and actively participate in monthly global/executive supply review/S&OP meetings.
Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory and replenishment parameters
Support procurement activities of raw materials to maintain local production.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and supplier and oversee procurement for the business unit.
Maintain an efficient and accurate supply plan
Maintain inventory integrity with relation to new products
