The Company
Our client is a recognised Global FMCG in the consumer goods & retail space.

They have an expanding presence in Australia due to an outstanding product range, and highly developed sales & marketing strategy.

Due to planned growth and team restructure, they are looking for a motivated, technically strong and commercially minded Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team.


The Role

Reporting to the Demand & Business Analytics Manager, the Supply Planner will be responsible for managing all inputs to the S&OP process and ensuring that supply meets demand.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Review demand/supply situation to define new purchase requirements
  • Create purchase orders
  • Assist the Manager to support the S&OP process.
  • Highlight any issue impacting fulfilling customer demand and propose action plans.
  • Support fortnightly local S&OP meetings and actively participate in monthly global/executive supply review/S&OP meetings.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory and replenishment parameters
  • Support procurement activities of raw materials to maintain local production.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and supplier and oversee procurement for the business unit.
  • Maintain an efficient and accurate supply plan
  • Maintain inventory integrity with relation to new products
