    The Role:

    As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our ERP project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

    Your insights and expertise will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge ERP solutions that will streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support our growth objectives.

    Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
    Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and pain points.
    Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
    Collaborate with the IT and development teams to design ERP solutions.
    Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the solution meets business needs.
    Provide ongoing support and serve as a subject matter expert for ERP functionality.
    Assist in change management and training initiatives for ERP adoption.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP projects.
    Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    Familiarity with ERP systems and concepts.
    Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
