About Kingston Centre & Residential Services
The Kingston Centre has seven Aged & Rehabilitation Inpatient wards, the home of Monash at Home Aged & Rehabilitation Care, Community Rehabilitation, Specialist Clinics, ACAS, TCP, dental services, aged persons mental health and residential services.
It is responsible for the coordination of services and activities related to workspace management, emergency management systems, site liaison for parking and traffic management issues, equipment storage, monitoring of equipment replacement systems and will be the point of contact in relation to capital build projects.
The Site Coordinator at Kingston Centre is the initial central point of contact for these and any site management related issues, including the sharing of communication across all services within the site and capital build projects.
About You
You have established/significant leadership skills within healthcare and are committed to improving outcomes for older Australians
Including:
- The ability to motivate and engage people to be involved in continuous improvement
- To lead with compassion, kindness and inclusivity
- To harness advanced emotional intelligence and communication skills to lead significant change
What You Need:
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
