The Opportunity:


Due to our organisation's growth and development, we have multiple opportunities for
Sales Development Representatives to join our
Sales Teams full-time at our Global Riverside head office in
Milton Brisbane, or from our
Central Melbourne Office on Lonsdale Street.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a vital part of our sales team. You will be primarily responsible for
researching prospective customers,
creating outreach strategies, and
identifying sales opportunities.

You'll strive to discover an organisation's recruitment goals or challenges, and
identify which Scout Talent offerings will help them
attract and secure the best talent.


This role is a fantastic
stepping stone into sales and account management or even leadership, if that's your chosen career path


Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling discovery meetings with designated account executives to further assess a prospect's talent acquisition goals and to explore the potential for partnership with Scout Talent; and
  • Assisting organisations in achieving their talent acquisition potential.

You'll be great in this role because
:


First and foremost, you have a great
ability to build rapport and relationships quickly with external stakeholders and decisions makers.

You are able to
communicate effectively and
ask the right questions to uncover information.

You have some previous successful sales experience or a
strong desire to begin a sales career. You have the
ability to deal with rejection and thrive on objections.

This role comes with
on-target earnings of $65,000-$70,000 in your first year and
70K+ in your second year and beyond, made up of an attractive base salary and
UNCAPPED commissions
