The Opportunity:
In this exciting and pivotal role you will report to the Head of Product and Technology and be at the forefront of translating our Group Vision into a compelling Product Vision. You will lead product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will collaboratively take ownership of the Product Roadmap and work alongside stakeholders to plan for the future. Your deep understanding of our target market, their current usage patterns, and their evolving needs will be critical to your success. By delving into our users' pain points, you will identify opportunities for improvement, while working closely with a passionate, cross-functional team of developers, designers, and marketers to bring Scout Talent Group's (STG) Product Roadmap to life. Your role as a product owner will empower you to deliver an exceptional user experience and achieve ambitious BHAGs (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals) for yourself and our Product division as a whole.
