Flying Bark Productions is working on exciting projects such as the recently announced Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Netflix's Stranger Things animated series, Marvel Studios' What If ?, Disney Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, as well as our productions of 200% Wolf movie and Tales From Outer Suburbia by Sean Tan.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, Sydney based Pipeline Coordinator to join our team fairly quickly, commencing as early as April 2024 working in our beautiful studio in Alexandria.

Reporting to the Pipeline Project Manager, the
Pipeline Production Coordinator is dedicated to contributing to the successful organization of our pipeline team.

Working in tandem with the Pipeline Supervisor, ensuring the smooth running of the work of the department and the timely delivery to sprint deadlines.


Here's the kind of skills we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of production coordination experience in animated film/episodic/gaming or software development;
  • Must have solid experience in scheduling and coordinating departments in animated film/episodic/gaming;
  • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Shotgrid and/or Jira Sprints
  • The ability to deal with Confidential information and material in a discrete and professional manner at all times;
  • Excellent diary management and scheduling skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Patient and empathetic nature while dealing with a multitude of creatives and developers;
  • High level organizational skills;
  • Experience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets;
  • A good level of formatting, document preparation and presentation skills are desirable.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
  • Be available, proactive and a problem solver;
  • A flexible approach and able to take on extra tasks when required.
  • Keep wiki up to date with new releases, and any additions as needed
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, agile workflows, and sprints is preferred.
