    Description

    Seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-end Construction projects to manage an exciting luxury 30ml multi-residential project in Melbourne's inner South-East.

    Benefits of the role:

    About the company:

    This Construction company is one of Melbourne's most prestigious and respected. Known for their unique high-end residential and premium commercial projects, they consistently deliver exceptional results across Australia. They are now seeking a seasoned Senior PM to lead and execute the delivery of one of their most exciting and anticipated upcoming projects.

    About the role:

    Manage the full lifecycle of this multi-residential project, driving it to success and delivering excellent results in line with a clear timeframe and budget. Demonstrate strong client relationship skills, specifically with the property developer and maintain a clear line of communication throughout the process in addition to leading a team.

    Key responsibilities of the role:

    • Team management including delivery team, contracts administration, on-site and financial reporting
    • Client and stakeholder communication and liaison
    • Contract Management
    • Progress and financial reporting

    Requirements:

    • Be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-end projects
    • A thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from pre-site to delivery
    • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to negotiate at a high level
    • Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments, subcontractors and stakeholders
    • Hold a relevant qualification in Construction or another related field
    • Exceptional communication and time management skills
