    Job Description:
    Our client is currently seeking a self-starting and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team in Brisbane.
    In this role, you will play a key part in brownfield projects including upgrades to wells, refineries and plants.

    If you are a professional who can work with minimal supervision and you a strong foundation in electrical engineering, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to successful project delivery.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop electrical designs for projects won and for proposals
    Prepare electrical documentation including drawings and reports, diagrams, load and equipment lists
    Provide electrical input into detailed scopes of work
    Analyse vendor and subcontractor designs and advise on suitability and compliance
    Consult with vendor teams and internal teams regarding project schedules
    Provide technical advice regarding electrical equipment and procurement

    Provide support during construction / implementation phaseRequirements:
    Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, along with CPEng and RPEQ
    Experience in an engineering services company
    Electrical Engineering experience in power and distribution and/or oil and gas
    Hazardous areas experience would be a strong nice to have
    Excellent problem-solving andanalyticalskills
