Pin-Pad Support Analyst (Pin-Pad Support)

Contract Role :
$800 - $1000 including super

Contract: 12 Months

Target start Date:
ASAP

Our Client:

The Client is an Iconic Australian logistics Enterprise, which provides product services around Australia. They are currently on a look out for a highly motivated and Talented Pin-Pad Support Analyst (Pin-Pad Support) to join their ever-expanding team


The Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to requirements gathering and design of solutions
  • Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of systems
  • Support wholesolution QA and ongoing system performance optimization
  • Maintain functional design documentation
  • Manage priorities and maintain compliance with all applicable standards

Experience Needed:


  • Exposure to Eftpos or PINpad technology (required)
  • Experience troubleshooting Pin-Pad issues (M400 Preferably)
  • Excellent debugging capability within VHQ/Quest/Payment Switch.
  • Experience documenting & Reviewing knowledge base articles
  • Experience dealing with Surges
  • Understand of PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
  • Understanding and debugging file transfer systems.
  • Experience working in a BANKING Environment
