    Are you passionate about implementing and maintaining risk management frameworks? Do you enjoy coordinating and mentoring leaders in risk awareness?

    Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will be responsible for Risk Management, Management of Change, and developing and maintaining compliance within BCI.

    As construction progresses at Mardie, we are continuing to shape our team. We are looking for an individual who is ready to be a part of this exciting project, where you will have the opportunity to really make an immediate impact.

    The Company:
    BCI Minerals Limited (ASX: BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35 Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP). Using an inexhaustible seawater resource and 99% of the energy required produced by natural solar and wind energy, our Mardie project is a multi-generational sustainable opportunity that will supply the growing chemical, renewable energy, and agricultural industries with Salt and Sulphate of Potash for generations to come.     The Role:
    The Specialist Risk will have three main objectives, these are:

    • Risk Management: Acting as a second line enterprise risk expert.
    • Management of Change: Maintaining the Management of Change framework including the digital register of changes.
    • Compliance: Developing and maintaining the BCI compliance framework and compliance plan.

    About You:
    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance. Experience in a frontline operational high-risk environments, communicating with varied stakeholders, developing integrated enterprise-wide risk frameworks, and membership of the RMIA or equivalent body is required. Current unrestricted working rights for Australia are essential.
