About the Role:


As a Training Systems Lead you will be responsible for management and coordination of John Holland's learning systems, programs, initiatives and projects to ensure the pipeline of talent is managed and developed in line with the wider business strategy.

The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 base salary.


Responsibilities of the role include:


  • Responsible for engaging appropriate stakeholders in collecting and analysing of system requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to allow a collaborative and informative platform to exchange information and educate employees
  • Design and develop processes and procedures for the development of programs and administration of the LMS. This includes continuously seeking ways of improving processes and strive towards efficient ways of working
  • Administer and maintain accurate data and promote effective use of the LMS
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, welcome inductions, and project workshops, and engage with various work groups to achieve desired outcomes Troubleshoot and resolve system and program related queries
  • Manage and coordinate programs and development initiatives including, managing stakeholders, communications, budgets, resources, and materials.
  • Responsible for management of the learning inbox, including timely response and action of queries
  • Analyse, project manage and configure process improvements for LMS development and enhancements

To be successful in this key role we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working with SF Learning Management System
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in developing eLearning modules in Articulate 360
  • Managing projects including scoping, requirements gathering, scheduling, communication planning, risk management, testing, launch and reporting
  • Experience in training and development project work, leading an initiative
  • Experience using Office 365 products such as PowerBi, SharePoint, and Forms
